Our management team is qualified by over 65 years of combined expertise in Education, Information Technology, Management and Marketing. Several of our consultants hold Phd, Master Degrees and various technological certifications including PMP, CCIE, CCNA, Oracle, MCSE, just to name a few.
Project: Assisted with K-12 Student Information System implementation. We helped to define business parameters of system. We assisted with conducting on site interviews with various stakeholders, examined districts current policies and procedures, made recommendations to district, prepared and assisted in the written and oral preparation of executive summaries as well as reviewed core processes client selected.
Project: Developed a software application for Ohio’s third largest school district. This application tracks student bus pass assignments, print bus passes, set up transportation periods, and import and export information with external tracking and accounting systems. The system also generates numerous reports to aid in the tracking of information. The system was developed as a windows based application using the C# programming language in the Microsoft .net 1.1 framework. The system stores data using a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database. An installer also needed to be developed to facilitate installation on client desktops.
Project: Designed a grassroots marketing campaign which included a 60 second television commercial, 30 second radio spot (3 different versions to appeal to culturally audiences)and outdoor advertising. This campaign was targeted to reach over 1,200,000 people.
Project: Wrote various grants to Federal, Local, Public and Private Corporations. Received over 4M in cash and in-kind contributions.
